Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused, unworn, and in their original packaging
• Free of damage or signs of wear
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt)

Please note: Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us.

Include your order number and the reason for return.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions
on how to send your item back.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for the same item in a different colour or style, if available. To request an exchange, please follow the same process as a return, and specify the desired item in your message.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your shipping receipt.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within [5–10] business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within [7 days] of delivery.
